Sanitation Holiday Schedule for Memorial Day May 28, 2012 City of Lake Alfred's Water Quality Report		Burn Ban Enacted As of February 25, 2012 a burn ban was enacted by the Polk County Fire Chief. This is due to the fact that Polk County and our surrounding municipalities have been experiencing very dry conditions.
