Purpose
The Board assures development compliance with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and the Unified Land Development Code.
Meetings
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every other month at 7:00 p.m. (Calendar)

Board Membership
The Board is made up of seven regular board members and two alternate board members. The members are appointed by the City Commission and serve a term of three years. If you wish to apply, please visit Board and Committees to download an application.
Qualifications
All members must be a resident of the City of Lake Alfred and has resided in the City for no less than one year.
