Welcome to the City of Lake Alfred Community Development Department. This department is responsible for guiding growth and development within the City and includes planning, zoning, building and permitting, economic development and code enforcement.

The goal of the Community Development Department is to assist applicants with the building process and provide them the opportunity to complete their building goals and ideas within the community.  This site is a part of an ongoing effort to make public information available quickly and easily to all who need the services and forms listed.
