The City Clerk is entrusted with numerous vital duties which include maintaining and archiving the public records of the City, Official custodian of the City Seal, transcription of minutes, supervisor of the Municipal Election, prepares legal advertisements and meeting agendas, processes ordinances, resolutions and agreements for signature by appropriate officials, governs the municipal website, and acts as secretariat to the Commission. The City Clerk’s also office provides copy, fax, and notary services.
