Building Permit and Inspection Utilization Report
Florida Statute 553.80 requires, by December 31, 2020, the governing body of a local government that provides a schedule of building permit fees shall create a building permit and inspection utilization report and post the report on its website. This is the City of Lake Alfred’s report based on fiscal year 2019/20.
Impact Fee Increases
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN (July 1) that the City of Lake Alfred Impact Fees for police, fire, parks and recreation, and public facilities were established by Ordinance 1406-18 and the Capital Recovery Charges for water and sanitary sewer/wastewater were established by Ordinance 1405-18 and the rate shall also be adjusted annually (October 1).

CRA Annual Report
In accordance with S. 163.356(3)(c), Florida Statutes, the City of Lake Alfred CRA has developed the annual report of its activities including a complete financial statement setting forth assets, liabilities, income, and operating expenses as of the end of the fiscal year. This report has been filed with the City Clerk and is available for inspection during business hours in the office of the City Clerk, located at City Hall, 155 E Pomelo Street, Lake Alfred, FL 33850, phone number 863-291-5270 or on the CRA Page.
Annual Financial Audit
The annual financial audit for the City of Lake Alfred and the Lake Alfred Community Redevelopment Area has been completed and the comprehensive annual financial report will be presented to the City Commission meeting and then posted on the Finance Page after the presentation.
