The Lake Alfred Finance Department is proud to serve its citizens by preparing an annual budget for the City, monthly financial reporting to management, fixed asset control, payroll and accounts payable. The Finance Department also conducts special financial studies, and provides assistance to City departments in management, planning, and evaluation. Other responsibilities include monthly billing and customer service for City utility customers and support of the City’s information technology and network services.
