Join your guide, Steve Franklin, for a tranquil stroll along one of the trails in our Preserve. There, you’ll visit shaded coves where the group can pause to participate in stress reducing mental exercises and enjoy the calming effects of nature poems. The program allows participants an opportunity to consciously immerse themselves in the redemptive air, sights, and sounds that forests so generously provide. By the end of the walk you’ll feel as calm, relaxed, and refreshed as you would after enjoying a warm bubble bath. It’s worth a try.
