Veterans Day Proclamation

On Monday, November 1, 2021, the Lake Alfred City Commission officially encourages all citizens to recognize the valor and sacrifice of our veterans as we celebrate Veterans Day.

Mayor Daley read the Veterans Day proclamation into the record. It was accepted by Herb Nigg.

Herb Nigg said he was honored to accept this on behalf of all of the Veterans in Lake Alfred and Polk County. This is much appreciated that the City would do this. He continued and said all Veterans have sacrificed something so these types of recognitions are very much appreciated.  He concluded by saying thank you very much.
