The Lake Alfred 311 mobile app or an email to the City can be used to report a pothole or to let City staff know of a maintenance need in the public parks, right-of-ways, or at one of the City's many facilities.
You can also report code enforcement issues and utility service emergencies. If reporting code enforcement concerns, it is required by law to provide your name and address. In addition, please provide the address of where the code enforcement concern is located for us to be able to assist in a prompt manner.
