Planning Board


The Board assures development compliance with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and the Unified Land Development Code.

 Board Membership

The Board is made up of seven regular board members and up to alternate board members as needed. The members are appointed by the City Commission and serve a term of three years. If you wish to apply, please visit Board and Committees to download an application.


All members must be a resident of the City of Lake Alfred and have resided in the City for no less than one year.
