Overview
Purpose
The mission of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board is to eliminate and prevent conditions of slum and blight by facilitating redevelopment activities and encouraging private investment. The purpose of the CRA Board is to carry out the Lake Alfred Community Redevelopment Plan for the Community Redevelopment Area in order to accomplish the vision.

Board Membership
The Board includes all five seated City Commissioners and up to two citizen/business representatives as needed.
Qualifications
All members must be a resident or represent a business within the City of Lake Alfred.
